Highly recommend! Francisco and his team are absolute professionals when it comes to getting your roof done. Our roof began to leak on Sunday and Francisco was out to our house next day Monday (Labor Day holiday! When no one was working) to help us out and cover that spot to avoid further damage. Roofing 365 was able to get my roof replaced after I was having issues with my insurance company not wanting to cover the claim. After having my roof replaced I also hired them to make a new covered patio, paint and repair my fence, cut down a tree and some other work on my house. They did a great job and I highly recommend!

Francisco and his team are great! the new roof looks great! the day I called him to come look at the roof, he was out later that afternoon. and got the ball rolling with the insurance. he stayed in constant contact with me and the adjuster. and fought to have new decking put on my roof! He went above and beyond. and cleaned up everything. he and his team will be used again, as I have several properties.

Francisco and his crew completed replacement of my roof in one day. They arrived early with 11 crew members and went to work immediately. It was a very difficult job as my home is 3 stories and the roof cannot be reached with a 40 foot ladder. They used a hydraulic lift to access the roof and were very efficient. Francisco was on site all day while the work was underway. The cleanup was accomplished before the crew left at the end of the day. Francisco came back with a couple of crew members the next day to do a final check to make sure all debris was removed and the cleanup was completed to my satisfaction. I was very pleased that the job was accomplished with no damage to my landscaping. He also provided me with drone photos and a video showing the completed work. I have seldom had the opportunity to work with a contractor as professional and completely dedicated to doing a good job as Francisco. The price quoted for the job was very reasonable and all inclusive. I highly recommend Roofing 365.
