Steel up
Frame erected, purlins and girts set, sheeting and roof panels on. This is the fast, satisfying part — the dried-in shell goes up in weeks, not months.
Step 3
Trades & finish-out
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, spray foam, then interior walls and finishes to whatever level you want — bare shop to full custom home.
Step 4
Walk-through
Every door, outlet, and panel checked with you before handoff, with the documentation package for your records.
